Baergen Innovations Group was the answer to prayer for a "Life Mission" for Don and Deb Baergen.  In 1995, the desire was birthed in them to have a business that would exploit their God-given creative abilities for the purpose of generating finances and providing resources to expand the kingdom of God, to promote creative business development and to be a part of the solution to the world's maturing in the understanding of God's mandate to "be fruitful..and rule over the earth."  Their motivating word is found in the Bible's book of Matthew where Jesus says,

• Keep our hearts focussed on God,
  
• Keep our desire fixed on where He wants us to be,
• Keep our actions founded on what He shows us to do.
  

Baergen Innovations Group Vision is to:

He was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  He moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1978 to work the 'oil patch'. There he also met Deborah and moved back to her home in Kingston with her in 1981.  Don graduated from St. Lawrence College, Kingston Campus, in 1984, with honours from the Electronic Engineering Technology programme.  He worked the next 20 years in the transportation technology sector including developing brake control systems for locomotives for the North American, German, Indian and Pakistani markets.  He left his position with New York Air Brake in 2004 as a Marketing Sales Engineer and a Systems Engineer to begin a company he felt compelled to start.  Don has a son and daughter who have both graduated from living at home and lives in Godfrey, Ontario with his wife and partner, Deborah.

Baergen, Artistic Director Email: deborah@baergeninnovationsgroup.com Website: www.baergeninnovationsgroup.com Toll Free Phone: (866) 481 0244 Office Phone: (613) 374 3255 Fax: (613) 374 1244 Deborah is the artistic side of Baergen Innovations Group.  Deborah was born and raised in Kingston.  She spent a few years working in Banff, Alberta where she eventually met Don.  Her artistic talents are genetic, inherited from her father's side.  "My father instilled a very strong work ethic in my family, concentrating on quality craftsmanship in whatever we set our hand to."  Deborah started out working in retail, which she really enjoys.  "I love seeing a customer go away happy with their purchase.  It's very rewarding."  Over the years she has dabbled in different art mediums and progressed into becoming a professional muralist.  This has kept her busy for the past 19 years. Deborah's greatest reward was the opportunity to raise her son and daughter, being an at-home Mom.  "It was a sacrifice financially, but I wouldn't have changed a thing."  Deborah lives in Godfrey, Ontario with her husband and partner, Don.
