Shore step systems
                                                           
There are two ways to connect your floating docks to shore.  One of these is to pour a concrete pad to act as a land-bound anchor.  For bodies of water that recede significantly during the summer season, we further enhance this concept by creating steps, each with their own ramp connectors, allowing the dock to be moved out as the water levels decline.   *Price is based on individual requirements.  Please request a quote.

Waterfront decks
 
Another way to connect your floating docks to shore is to build a waterfront deck.  This is advantageous for bodies of water that do not recede significantly during the summer season or here there is no current level place near the water's edge.  We build these decks at the level of the high water mark, providing a totally non-invasive waterfront area.  *Price is based on individual requirements.  Please request a quote.


Docks & Rafts

Floating docks and rafts provide places to enjoy the water with surfaces that are always relative to the water height.  Regardless of the rise or fall in water levels, floating docks and rafts never change heights relative to the water level.  This is handy for boat anchorage, water stairs, kayak launches and other similar elements.  Price is $30/sq ft using Eastern White Cedar, proper foam-filled flotation tanks, heavy-duty hardware with all steel stainless or galvanized.

Kayak launches

One of our own unique products is the kayak launch.  Mounted to one of our floating docks, this product allows the safe and secure entry and exit to a kayak for people of all ages.  Handrails allow for steadying as well as push-off and pull-on.  Anyone whose performed an unscripted Eskimo Roll while trying to enter or exit a kayak will know why this is a handy feature.  *Price is based on individual requirements.  Please request a quote.

Water stairs
 
A variation on the dock ladder is our water stairs.  Built as a set of stairs with treads and handrails, and starting about 3 feet below the surface of the water, the water stairs provide a more comfortable landing onto the dock for anyone needing or wanting an easier way up.  Attached to our floating dock and made of cedar, these stairs don't mind the water.  *Price is based on individual requirements.  Please request a quote.
