 | Loughborough Lake waterfront --
Accessed by either a stairway or hillside lift, this beautiful waterfront is barrier-free, supplies ample seating space, moorage for a 22 foot pontoon boat with matching floor/dock heights, contains a kayak launch and a set of water stairs at the end of the left hand dock.
|
Waterfront deck and dock installation Situated on a very steep shore line (~40 degree slope), the excavation of the deck and retaining wall into the hill provide a place to create a level seating and walking area with the stairs coming down on one side and the hillside lift on the other. The deck also provides a solid anchoring point to attach the ramps and docks.

 | Eel Lake waterfront --
Two of the great advantages to floating waterfront elements is that they are not permanently attached to the lake bottom and that the heights of all of the floating elements is always relative to the water level.
|
Installation of waterfront elements (Eel Lake) --
This waterfront setup begins with our Shore Step System (see Our Products and Services) attaching to a connecting ramp, the main dock section, an AquaZebo connecting ramp and an AquaZebo.

 | Thirty Island Lake waterfront --
Following the gentle sloping shore front, the Shore Step System and ramps provide a year round comfortable transition from a level dropping lake to the docks.
|
Installation of waterfront elements (Thirty Island Lake) --
Similar to the Eel Lake installation, this solution also uses the Shore Step System allowing the dock to be "pushed out" in gradual increments as the water level decreases during the year.
